Responsibilities
Develop compelling concepts and story arcs in collaboration with ministries and creative partners
Contribute to creative treatments, scripts, and storyboards
Lead or support all phases of production: pre-production, directing, cinematography, and post-production
Manage on-set execution including camera, lighting, audio, blocking, and talent direction
Direct talent (actors, volunteers, non-actors) with clarity, empathy, and confidence
Partner with producers on scheduling, crew hiring, and location scouting
Edit and deliver final films optimized for services, campaigns, social and digital platforms
Uphold Flatirons creative standards through consistency, detail, and collaboration
Qualification
Required

Strong relational skills and the ability to build healthy team culture
2+ years of professional experience in film or video production
A strong portfolio of narrative, commercial, or documentary-style work
Deep understanding of the full filmmaking process from pre-production to final color and sound
Strong visual storytelling and cinematic composition skills
Proficiency with camera systems, lighting, and production workflows
Solid editing instincts and story pacing
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
