The Logistics Project Analyst ensures all activities mapped in the Logistics Project Plan happen as planned on time and within budget, while leading project teams and managing stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Identifying Steering Committee, Sponsors, Coordinators and Project team

Identifying CPS (Critical Path Schedule), Predicating and Parallel activities

Lead and motivate project teams across multiple departments or disciplines

Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle

Calling out or escalating delayed or pending decision items

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Report regularly on project status, milestones, and financials to leadership and stakeholders

Manage vendor and third-party relationships, as needed

Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and approvals

Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred plus (2) plus years of experience and/or combination of related experience and/or training

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Proven effective interpersonal skills

Native English Speaker, ideally with Spanish medium level

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to read, interpret and update formulas

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g.: MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, Autocad)

Ability to learn application software essential to performing job tasks

Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Adaptability and resilience under pressure
