Make outbound follow-up calls and maintain client data tracking
Handle complex issues and escalate when necessary
Provide backup support for client emails and online banking messages
Negotiate and collect payments with customers
Multitask effectively while using multiple systems and maintaining detailed documentation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or a call center setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
High attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Preferred
Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
Experience with banking systems or Jack Henry software is a bonus
