Hensley Legal Group is a growing law firm dedicated to leaving people better than they found them. As a Business Development Representative, you will guide potential clients through the intake process, providing support and exceptional customer service during their time of need.

Responsibilities
Guiding potential new clients through the intake process from first contact to signed agreement
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
Entering accurate information into our case management system
Sending intake paperwork
Scheduling consultations or home visits
Answering general questions about what clients can expect next
Tracking leads and following up consistently
Referring individuals to other attorneys when we are not the right fit
Providing clear communication and steady customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple steps and conversations without losing accuracy
Tech-savvy enough to confidently use modern software and devices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism
Patience
Commitment to treating every caller with respect, understanding, and thoughtful customer service
Experience in roles that required strong phone etiquette and relationship-building
