Responsibilities

Lead the integration of a low observable sensor, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirements
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and implement integration strategies for a critical platform sensor
Utilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Oversee the design and integration of low observable sensors, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines
Stay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performance

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems
Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms
Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment
In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques
Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (US Only Citizenship Required)
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
