Responsibilities

Preparation and delivery of trading instructions to investment managers to ensure fast and accurate trading experiences for advisors and their clients
Owner and single point of contact for managers for cases regardless of which stage in the process to ensure success outcomes are met and collaboration with all parties and operating teams occur to meet case success criteria
Review of case success measures and proactive action taken with all necessary parties to ensure the case achieves the success measures before a problem occurs
Ensure immediate, accurate, and fair resolution of all issues related to HNW cases while keeping all stakeholders aware of resolution path, next steps, timing, and expected outcomes. Process includes root cause identification, resolution, and improvement implementation
Cross-functional collaboration both vertically and horizontally across AssetMark and investment managers to ensure issues are resolved, communication is transparent and consistent with all parties, and case outcomes are achieved
Proactively identify training opportunities and deliver training across all stakeholders to increase knowledge and service delivery outcomes for advisors and their clients
Work with team members to ensure procedures are documented and take action to document procedures to facilitate learning when required
Build proficiency assessment process that can be used for the addition of new managers to the AssetMark platform to ensure a positive experience for advisors upon implementation
Serve as surge resource for all group tasks

Required

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
Ability to articulate clear messages and concise instruction through oral and written communication
Strong business process knowledge across AssetMark sales, service, and operations processes
Expert prioritization and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills using a variety of tools including Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with sales, advisors, service, and ops teams
Ability to exercise sound business judgement while preventing problems and resolving issues

Preferred

Proven experience and skills in resolving issues by delivering quick and fair results for all stakeholders
Proven experience and skills with: IBM's Business Process Management (BPM) software
Proven experience and skills with: Fiserv's APL Portfolio Management System
Proven experience and skills with: Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced skill level
Project management experience
3+ years of experience working in an operations or service environment
