Responsibilities
Define enterprise-wide quality and compliance standards
Ensure adherence to SDLC, testing, and release governance
Lead quality reviews, audits, and readiness assessments
Oversee testing across UI, API, integrations, and data flows
Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams
Manage UAT, release sign-offs, and production quality checks
Track and report quality risks and mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement and defect prevention
Mentor QA managers and senior testers
Qualification
Required
13+ years in Software Quality / Testing / Governance
Strong expertise in manual testing and quality processes
Practical knowledge of automation and CI/CD pipelines
Solid experience in API and integration testing
Strong understanding of Agile / SAFe / Enterprise SDLC
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with enterprise SaaS or AI platforms
Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, HIPAA – awareness)
Cloud-native platform knowledge
Certifications: ISTQB / SAFe / CSPO
