Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and identify functional gaps
Recommend best practices aligned with industry standards and SAP TM capabilities
Conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, and training sessions
Configure SAP TM modules including: Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection & Tendering, Freight Execution & Tracking, Charge Management & Settlement
Develop functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and custom developments
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external systems
Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on SAP TM concepts, project activities, and career development
Support team members in issue resolution, design decisions, and task execution
Foster a collaborative and high-performance delivery environment
Troubleshoot system issues during testing, cutover, and post go-live phases
Provide expert support for defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and process optimization
Stay current with SAP TM releases, innovations, and industry trends
Recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize existing client solutions
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, practice development, and accelerators
Qualification
Required
Experienced Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant
Strong leadership capabilities
Deep SAP TM functional expertise
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to mentor junior consultants
Experience in driving solution design
Experience in leading project teams
Ability to guide clients through all phases of SAP TM implementation projects

SAP certifications in TM or Supply Chain modules
Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery models
