Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Angular, .NET, React JS, Flutter, and other technologies

Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with business priorities

Champion a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement

Oversee e-commerce development, focusing on travel or ticketing solutions

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment and reliability

Guide the adoption of AI coding assistants to improve productivity and accuracy

Collaborate with Product on roadmaps, A/B testing, and feature optimization

Mentor and coach developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices

Ensure technical alignment, compliance, and successful delivery across multiple projects

Stay ahead of emerging technologies and continuously refine processes and tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of hands-on software development experience (Angular, .NET required)

2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role

Proven experience developing and managing e-commerce platforms, preferably within the travel or ticketing industry

Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)

Knowledge of AI-assisted development and cloud-based architecture

Proficiency in Angular, .NET, and at least one other programming language (Python, JavaScript, or C#)

Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and system design best practices

Experience integrating payment gateways and Customer-facing web applications

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
