Responsibilities
Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, service, and repairs
Diagnose electrical issues, provide recommendations on repairs, and complete necessary work with precision and safety
Install and troubleshoot wiring, outlets, lighting, panels, breakers, and other electrical components
Provide upfront, transparent communication to customers with integrity and professionalism
Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and national electrical codes and company standards
Maintain accurate job documentation within ServiceTitan and ensure timely completion of service calls
Support the Electrical team and cross-trade collaboration across Plumbing, HVAC, and Drains
Qualification
Required
Current Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman license required
Familiarity with NEC standards, safety protocols, and troubleshooting best practices
Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused professional with high integrity
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and other environments
Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work
Preferred
3+ years of residential or light commercial electrical experience preferred
