Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze construction draws for clients

Manage communication and flow of information between client, developer, lender and equity partners with strong attention to detail

Review and post client payables in general ledger accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics GP), ensuring expenses are accurately recorded and allocated to the correct cost codes. This includes monitoring costs against the established project budget

Prepare and post adjusting journal entries as needed in general ledger accounting system

Prepare account reconciliations

Prepare and/or review monthly/quarterly financial reporting for clients

Interface with and support clients as needed

Prepare various client analysis projects including waterfall distribution calculations, management fee calculations, cash flow forecasts and other ad hoc projects

Work within and contribute towards a positive team environment. Many responsibilities will require coordination and cooperation across the team to accomplish
