Responsibilities
Applying and reconciling daily cash receipts
Researching and resolving unapplied or short-paid items
Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
Managing customer deductions and chargebacks
Researching validity of deductions
Preparing dispute documentation
Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Customer Service to drive timely resolution
Supporting account reconciliations, reporting, credit support, and month-end close activities
Analyzing trends and recommending process improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in Collections - Commercial
Experience in Cash Applications
Experience in Cash Collections
Experience in Billing Functions
Ability to apply and reconcile daily cash receipts
Ability to research and resolve unapplied or short-paid items
Ability to maintain accurate records within the ERP system
Ability to manage customer deductions and chargebacks
Ability to research validity of deductions and chargebacks
Ability to prepare dispute documentation
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Customer Service
Ability to support account reconciliations
Ability to support reporting
Ability to support credit support
Ability to support month-end close activities
Ability to analyze trends and recommend process improvements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
