Responsibilities
Develop new investment theses, source and evaluate early-stage companies, drive due diligence process, and present to investment committee
Support portfolio companies with fundraising, go-to-market, hiring, and strategy
Support relationships with Illuminate’s strategic partners
Contribute to brand building through networking, sourcing, and written content (blogs, memos, thought pieces)
Qualification
Required
Availability for at least 10 weeks between June–August 2026
Ability to work in-office in New York four days per week
Strong interest in B2B FinTech and enterprise technology
Proactive, collaborative, and intellectually curious mindset
Authorization to work in the U.S. required
Preferred
Existing venture or startup network preferred
Ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of professional experience
