Call Center Representative
Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) to provide account-related services to members globally. The CCR will handle inbound contact via phone, chat, email, and video channels, addressing member service inquiries and transactions.

Responsibilities
Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment
Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts
Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required
