Responsibilities

Develop side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP
Design and create Core Data Services (CDS) Views to model, expose, and consume S/4HANA data
Build services and applications using SAP CAP (Java/Node.js) and SAP Build
Develop and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 applications consuming S/4HANA OData services and CDS Views
Design and maintain integrations using SAP Integration Suite
Consume and expose S/4HANA OData and REST APIs
Apply and promote clean core and SAP extensibility best practices
Provide knowledge transfer, guidance, and documentation on SAP BTP best practices to development and functional teams
Collaborate with SAP functional teams to translate business requirements into technical and data solutions
Support releases, upgrades, and transports without impacting the S/4HANA core
Troubleshoot, document, and optimize BTP, CDS, and S/4HANA extension solutions

Required

Hands-on experience with SAP BTP in an SAP S/4HANA cloud landscapes
Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and extensibility concepts
Experience creating and working with CDS Views (analytical and interface views)
SAP CAP (Java or Node.js) or SAP Build
SAP Fiori/UI5
SAP Integration Suite
Knowledge of OData, REST APIs, and CDS annotations
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred

SAP BTP and/or S/4HANA certifications
Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
Exposure to event-driven architectures and Standard SAP Event Mesh
Experience in hybrid SAP cloud environments
