Execute full-cycle technical recruiting, from initial candidate sourcing through successful placement
Conduct initial, brief phone screens using provided interview guides to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for specialized technical positions
Collaborate directly with the Business Executive team to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate submission protocols
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
Direct, demonstrable experience as a Technical Recruiter
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to work independently and exercise effective time management
Prior experience or familiarity with the technology industry and technical roles
Any type of Paid Recruitment Platform is a plus (Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter Lite or Pro, Dice)
