Responsibilities
Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs
Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored to each client's situation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records in CASEpeer
Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients
Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a personal injury law firm with like responsibilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology
Preferred
Familiarity with legal case management systems such as CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus
