Responsibilities

Gather data for quotes, review current benefits and plan amendments, and work with marketing to prepare RFPs
Analyze market summaries and present proposals to internal teams and clients
Audit renewals for completeness and accuracy
Maintain awareness of employee benefits and healthcare issues, including applicable legislation and industry-specific trends
Track marketplace developments, carrier changes, product innovations, and competitor movements
Conduct assessments and participate in roadmap discussions tied to the Gibson GPS process
Keep colleagues and leadership informed of major developments and renewal outcomes
Partner with service teams and practice leaders to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
Submit activity reports and participate in team/producer meetings
Complete expense reports as required
Serve as backup support to team personnel when needed
Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information

Required

Prior insurance experience, preferably in an Employee Benefits advisor or analyst role
Current Life & Health license
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong presentation and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in employee benefits, preferably in an agency setting
Bachelor's degree preferred; CEBS designation a plus
