Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and performance metrics

Train and mentor, a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of proposal analysts; conduct talent assessments and professional development plans

Oversee end to end proposal lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with FAR regulations and internal policies

Review, edit and approve proposal content for pricing integrity and compliance

Identify and mitigate proposal related risks

Partner with functional leaders in support of proposal fact finding and negotiations

Maintain standard operating procedures, track key performance indicators and provide regular status reports to senior leadership

Required

Experience in developing complex proposals (government or commercial)

Experience with written and verbal communication skills

Experience with understanding of FAR, Cost/Pricing Data and related compliance requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred

Prior experience as a senior proposal analyst leading large-scale proposal efforts

Demonstrated ability to summarize large volume of complex data into concise, decision enabling narratives

Hands-on experience with dedicated estimating/pricing tools

Experience pricing with multiple contract types (e.g. FFP, Cost Type, IDIQ)

Proven track record leading remote or geographically dispersed teams
