Responsibilities
Design and refine end-to-end user experiences for clinician workflows—onboarding, dashboards, and job pathways
Create intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
Support usability testing and apply feedback to improve UI flows and user interactions
Work directly with product managers and engineers to translate ideas into shipped features
Contribute to live product sprints—whiteboard, iterate, and launch in real time
Qualification
Required
0.5–1 year of hands-on or academic design experience (projects, internships, or coursework)
Strong command of Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
Mandatory: Prior exposure to or hands-on use of MCP (Model Context Protocol), Cursor, or Claude for design or prototyping workflows
Portfolio showing design systems, UX thinking, and product prototypes
Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving team
Must be able to work on-site in Fremont, CA, available immediately
Must accept the terms of an unpaid internship with potential for conversion
