Responsibilities

Build product in the correct, timely and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications
Perform quality checks on parts
Learn about various types of building materials and technical terms to ensure future growth and knowledge
Follow all job tracking procedures
Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company
Follow all company policies in accordance with Accelevation’s Employee Handbook
Participate in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives
Become forklift certified if deemed necessary by the manager
Perform all other tasks assigned by the manager

Qualification

Manufacturing experienceHand tools proficiencySafety practicesForklift certificationCommitment to improvementCommunication skillsDetail-oriented

Required

High school diploma or equivalent is required
This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English
Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs
Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently
Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement

Preferred

2-years experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment
