Responsibilities
Handle a wide variety of global IP matters, including IP licensing, patent, trademark, and copyright issues
Provide practical, strategic, and business-focused IP counseling to internal stakeholders
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements with IP and technology-related provisions, including software, services, and related agreements
Provide support regarding patentability of inventions
Manage domestic and international patent portfolios
Contribute to the development of IP strategies aligned with company innovation and long-term business goals
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in good standing in any U.S. state
7+ years of law practice experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an in-house role
Proven experience supporting internal business clients in critical IP matters
Ability to provide clear, practical guidance in a fast-paced, global business environment
Flexibility to provide support on a part-time basis as required for certain engagements
