Social Media Coordinator

Øuterkind is a creative marketing and advertising agency based in Denver, CO, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator. The role involves supporting the execution of brand ambassador and social content programs across multiple campaigns, managing content timelines, and ensuring effective communication across social platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing social media strategies for individual clients based on their marketing and business objectives
Work with the Social Media Manager to set specific client objectives for the content and communications, report on ROI and traction
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily/weekly based on the appropriate cadence set forth in the client objectives
Monitor social metrics, delivering results back to clients on a monthly basis per the reporting schedule
Collaborate with the client team and Øuterkind creative team to ensure brand consistency, effectiveness and interest
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, engage brand fans and monitor traffic to the channel(s)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (promotions, competitions etc.)
Communicate with various client teams to integrate their messaging into the platform(s)
Monitor and execute social content trends appropriate for client and social channel
Support the internal execution of ambassador programs across vehicle launches, campaigns, events, and content initiatives
Assist senior team member with ambassador communications by preparing outreach materials, onboarding documents, timelines, and deliverable reminders
Help internal team track ambassador deliverables, usage rights, contracts, and approvals to ensure program requirements are documented and up to date
Assist in coordinating content submissions, reviews, and revisions by organizing assets and feedback between internal teams and brand stakeholders
Maintain and update internal program trackers, calendars, and reporting documents to support performance measurement and campaign recaps
Assist in the creation and organization of briefing documents, creative guidelines, and campaign instructions under the direction of senior team members
Provide logistical support for vehicle access, events, product seeding, and campaign activations as directed by senior team members
Monitor social content for brand compliance and proper disclosures, flagging issues for review by internal team
Support day-to-day program operations by helping resolve administrative or coordination needs escalated by the internal team

Required

1+ years of professional social media management experience for brands
Hands on experience in content management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Some experience managing influencer campaigns (list building, vetting, influencer and content management)
Excellent copywriting skills, ideally in the social media space with attention to detail
Ability to deliver compelling and creative content (text, photo, video) to brand fans and new fans simultaneously
Solid understanding of culture, current trends in sports, music & lifestyle
Ability to work well independently and in groups
Ability to travel when required, minimal
Working knowledge of all standard business computer applications (PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Photo and video editing experience, familiar with Adobe Suite and short video content editing tools (i.e. CapCut)
Ability to work with a majority remote team and within multiple time zones to meet with clients and other stakeholders at a desirable time

Preferred

Experience managing or working with brand ambassador or influencer programs
Familiarity with automotive, lifestyle, or experiential marketing
Experience using tracking tools, spreadsheets, and influencer platforms (Later, Sprout Social, etc.)
Understanding of content rights, contracts, and usage terms
Bachelor's degree in communications, media, advertising or a related field
