Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial interior / TI projects
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Enforce safety, quality, and project standards
Work closely with Project Managers and ownership reps to drive on-time delivery
Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
General contractor background (commercial interiors strongly preferred)
Experience delivering projects such as office, corporate interiors, life sciences interiors, healthcare fit-outs, or mixed-use TI
Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site leadership
OSHA knowledge and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
