Responsibilities

Develop custom tools and modifications to meet customer expectations by translating customer print/requirements into CAD drawings
Assist in the creation of tool simulation to facilitate print creation and define specifications from manufacturing point of view
Create production routing and bill of materials to direct and control the production process
Work with quoting team to review product requirements and create drawings to support quote requests
Develop proof of concept and make design recommendations to customers with input from application team
Support production team with manufacturing process
Support inspection by creating CNC inspection program
Assists in the investigation and analysis of new materials, equipment, and engineering processes

Required

Bachelor's degree from accredited collegiate institution with a Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent program
Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and attention to detail skills

Preferred

One-year relevant manufacturing industry experience
AutoCAD and knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Experience with tool grinding machines such as Walter (Tool Studio) or Rollomatic (VGPro)
Helicheck programming
G code and/or M code
Previous engineering intern experience
