Responsibilities
Support the Accounting Manager with operational tasks related to Stifel Charitable’s accounting processes, including reconciliations and reporting assistance
Process and monitor donor-advised fund transactions, grant distributions, and related program activities in accordance with established policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth program operations
Assist with process improvements, system updates, and special projects to enhance efficiency
Provide high-level client service through professional written and verbal communication
Cross-train to support other operational roles during peak periods or absences
Qualification
Required
High School degree or equivalent
3+ years' of operational or administrative experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience with data entry or operational processes
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience in financial services or nonprofit operations
