Responsibilities
Prepare financial schedules, journal entries, reconciliations, and reports
Develop and maintain workpapers for assigned areas of responsibility
Analyze and document business requirements to improve financial processes
Oversee budgets and financial reporting for all Foundation-managed grants
Collaborate with SRHS departments to maintain accurate grant financial records
Identify areas for operational and financial improvement
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Support the development and execution of strategic financial initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or related field (e.g., Master of Accountancy or MBA)
5–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors
CPA or related certification
