Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a full requisition load, executing end-to-end recruiting (profiling, process, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating) across all Red Bull entities within respective region while following outlined processes and procedures as applicable
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with leadership and Talent Business Partners (TBPs) to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, TBPs, and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring regular communication with hiring teams and members of Talent
Adapt recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs and market conditions
Develop creative solutions to overcome recruitment challenges
Stay informed about industry trends and challenges to attract top talent
Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform and improve talent acquisition strategies
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes
Leverage social media platforms for employer branding and candidate outreach
Use hiring resources, provide talent context, and use networking skills to help meet talent needs
Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and promote an inclusive hiring process

Required

5+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition with an emphasis on DEI
3 years handling high volume campus recruitment
Knowledge of CPG a plus
Adaptable communication skills and the ability to influence and drive decision making
A history of proactive delivery against talent need
