Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Microsoft-based systems and solutions
Develop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and procedures
Provide technical support for Microsoft-based systems, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security management
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration of Microsoft technologies with other systems and applications
Conduct research on emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend solutions to enhance the organization's infrastructure and systems
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Microsoft-based systems and solutions
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to Microsoft technologies
Provides technical consultation, training and support to IT staff as designated by manager

Qualification

Microsoft-based systemsActive DirectoryExchange ServerMicrosoft/Office 365PowerShellNetwork infrastructureMCSAMCSE certificationManufacturing experienceProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft-based systems and solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft/Office 365, PowerShell
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital as this person will be interacting with many departments within the business
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously as priorities can change very quickly
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Preferred

Microsoft certifications, such as MCSA or MCSE, are preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
