Adjunct Faculty in Creative Writing

Responsibilities
Deliver instruction in the manner determined by the Creative Writing Program
Preparation of syllabus and teaching of curriculum according to the goals and objectives of the Creative Writing Program
Determine student success in applying material and assign final course grades from evaluation of reading responses, presentations, original creative work, and other assignments and activities related to course material
Assigned teaching duties will be 4 units; minimal office hours may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have an MFA or PhD degree in creative writing/fiction
The demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
