Responsibilities
Drive cost, schedule, and technical performance for the program
Coordinate the preparation of proposals and negotiation of FMS contracts and contract changes
Drive Earned Value Management requirements and ensure business practices are followed
Manage subcontractors and LM partners
Oversee risk and opportunity management
Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards
Ensure total weapon system meets strategic goals
Domestic travel will be required
