Advising on compliance and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
Playing a key role on deal teams, with responsibility for managing core aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing
Working on a broad range of complex capital markets matters across industries and geographies
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of capital markets experience
Representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in public offerings, private placements, and other securities transactions
Advising on compliance and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
