Responsibilities

Work with the firm’s largest client relationships and respective coverage teams to progress commercial efforts
Conduct analyses and develop insights that help support decision-making through delivering concrete outcomes and communicating progress to senior leadership
Independently own workstreams end-to-end; lead the strategy, design the process, and drive the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives
Cultivate and leverage a strong network across the BNY enterprise
Communicate effectively with key business partners and senior stakeholders. Develop and deliver both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations

Required

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to produce professional output in different formats; strong writing ability and an eye for detail are a must
Ability to grow within the role – develop stronger leadership and influencing skills, recognized collaborator by colleagues and clients
Effective team member with the willingness and eagerness to tackle new challenges and work across numerous workstreams
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines
