Responsibilities
Speak with 3–4 clients per hour, listening and aligning their needs with available products
Build and maintain relationships with empathy and professionalism
Complete 10–12 weeks of paid training with full support and materials provided
Pass the Life and Health Insurance exam within 45 days (2 attempts), with paid, on the job study time
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must work onsite in professional dress attire setting
Strong interest in sales and client focused customer service
Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired and 2 attempts
