The role involves managing past-due accounts, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with a team to minimize aging and bad debt.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment
Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts
Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments
Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
