Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines for healthcare and omics data
Design and manage data warehouses and data lakes
Integrate data securely across clinical, wearable, and research sources
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR , and internal data governance standards
Partner with analytics, ML, and product teams to enable data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Spark, Kafka, or similar data processing frameworks
Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or comparable cloud platforms
Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant professional experience
