Responsibilities
Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, social media, and Salesforce
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with sales executives
Maintain a healthy pipeline and collaborate with the sales team on next steps
Share insights to improve our lead-generation strategies
Represent Quadient with a deep understanding of our products and customer needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales or lead generation with a record of meeting targets
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to learn quickly and grow within a sales and marketing organization
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous SDR experience and success in meeting quotas
