Central Market is a specialty grocery that started in Austin, Texas in 1994, and has grown to multiple locations across the state. The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates the switchboard to relay calls and handles base operations for the store while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls

Supplies information to callers and records messages

Keeps record of calls received

Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing

Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone

Assist in special projects for Store Administration

Other duties may be assigned
