Responsibilities
Perform detailed structural calculations under supervision of Lead Structural Engineer
Coordinate structural designs to meet project requirements using AutoCAD and Revit
Collaborate effectively with diverse disciplines and assist in field surveys
Review and organize structural shop drawings
Attend seminars to stay current with industry trends as directed
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in ABET-accredited bachelor's or master's degree program in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in Structural Engineering preferred
Prior internship, work, or applied coursework experience in structural engineering
Familiarity with STADD, Revit, RAMSteel, or equivalents
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and willingness to learn Revit
Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Capable of field inspection activities such as climbing ladders and using man lifts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
Preferred
Working proficiency in software programs such as RAMSteel, AutoCAD and Revit
Experience conducting structural analyses and preparing reports
