Utilize Central Reach, Sales Force, and the Google suite of products to manage patient accounts and track collections efforts
Collaborate with billing and administrative staff to address patient inquiries and concerns
Follow up with patients regarding payment arrangements and overdue accounts
Provide excellent customer service to patients while adhering to all HIPAA regulations and privacy policies
Meet monthly collection goals and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in a medical practice setting, focusing on patient collections
Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claims
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Central Reach, Sales Force, and the Google suite of products
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
