Jobs via Dice is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the enterprise-wide rollout of Planview, a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless adoption across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Implementation: Drive end-to-end implementation of Planview, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, PMO, IT, and functional teams to align tool capabilities with organizational goals
Change Management: Develop and execute adoption strategies, training plans, and communication to ensure smooth transition
Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and potential "gotchas" to avoid common pitfalls in enterprise rollouts
Governance & Best Practices: Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and workflows within Planview
Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements for optimization

Required

Proven track record of Planview implementation at an enterprise level
8+ years in Project/Program Management, with at least 3 years in PPM tool deployment
Strong understanding of portfolio management processes, resource planning, and reporting
Expertise in Planview configuration and integration with other enterprise systems
Familiarity with data migration, security, and compliance considerations
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus
