Escape Climbing is seeking a dynamic and creative Customer Service & Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role involves engaging with customers across various channels and leading social media and email campaigns to enhance brand presence and product demand.

Responsibilities

Responds to Customers inquiries across all channels, including Email, Social Media, and Phone
Help educating customers on current product offering and tips and tricks of Rock Climbing
Leads social media and email planning, execution from planning to production
Helps use Social media to bring our brand's image and products into the daily life of our followers
Ensure projects are completed, are high quality, and on schedule
Stays up to date on trends and tools in the industry; ensures that Extension collaborators are using current best practices
Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing communications and promotional efforts that drive specific product demand
Identify customer trends and competitive offerings to inform marketing communications strategies and programs in collaboration with marketing lead, sales and engineering teams
Track campaign volume, prioritize work, and issue weekly reports for assigned areas of business
All employees are expected to help in any position when needed
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job whenever scheduled to work (attendance and reliable transportation are necessary)

Required

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong proficiency in email marketing, and content creation
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/YouTube/TikTok)
Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into effective marketing strategies
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
0-2 years of experience in Marketing or Communications
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high level of quality
Ability to work as an integral part of a team and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions
Ability to understand direction and adhere to established procedures
Ability to recognize quality control issues and take appropriate action
Ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual whenever scheduled to work
Ability to work independently and identify potentially more effective methods of work operation
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in workload and sustain attention when distractions and/or interruptions arise
Ability to use tools such as camera equipment, lighting, carts for transporting product, computer, and ladder
Ability to wear eye and ear protection
Repeated twisting, bending, reaching, lifting and gripping during product shoots
Ability to lift 50lb
Standing for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a facility that uses chemicals in its production
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
Ability to video conference for extended periods of time
