The role provides high touch, in person IT support to Philadelphia City Council members and staff, focusing on workstation setup, troubleshooting, and end user support across City Hall and district offices.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools
Perform individualized workstation setup, configuration, upgrades, and data migration
Respond to, resolve, and document service requests using the City approved ticketing system
Support audiovisual and collaboration technology for City Council meetings and public hearings
Deliver end-user training and technology refresher sessions
Assist with Right-to-Know RTK data collection support activities as required
Execute transition in and transition out tasks under the direction of the Project / Operations Manager
Maintain accurate documentation of workstation builds, troubleshooting steps, and service resolutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–7 years of deskside or desktop support experience
Strong customer service skills and experience supporting executive or government users
Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common collaboration tools
U.S. Citizenship Requirement: This position is restricted to U.S. citizens only in accordance with federal contract requirements
Preferred
Experience supporting municipal or legislative office environments
Audiovisual and meeting support experience
