Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for providing high-quality support related to mortgage loan servicing software
Interact with customers through phone calls and emails
Conduct training sessions on FICS software
Facilitate product webinars
Collaboratively test the FICS software for quality assurance
Qualification
Required
At least three years of hands-on experience in residential loan servicing within the mortgage industry
A solid understanding of mortgage loan servicing
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Genuine eagerness to learn
Willingness to travel across the U.S., when needed
Preferred
Hands-on experience with reporting to investors, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae is highly desirable
Familiarity with escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting would be advantageous
