Responsibilities

Set strategy with mission team leadership. Create a go-to market strategy that will create new footholds to embed in current defense programs and develop into new category-defining programs
Deliver growth outcomes. Execute on this strategy to deliver growth from concept through contract close
Lead mission teams. You will build a team around the footholds you develop in your first year

Required

7+ years of experience working on defense policy with government leaders and/or in defense acquisition and program management
7+ years delivering growth for defense products, ideally in a startup environment for 4+ of those years
Experience working within CBP and Homeland Security missions
Experience or intuition for launching pilots with federal customers, driving them to success, and converting them to paid engagements
Experience or intuition for creating an ambitious, holistic strategy for a greenfield growth vertical in the federal government
Mission domain experience in national security technology
Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems and export controlled data
Up to 50% travel
