Responsibilities
Prepare routine tax filings and assist with related journal entries and reconciliations
Support senior team members with federal, state, and local compliance tasks
Reconcile tax-related accounts and research questions or issues as they arise
Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline tax and accounting workflows
Participate in special projects and gain exposure to multiple areas of corporate finance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; coursework in taxation preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new financial systems quickly
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Willingness to learn across multiple areas of taxation and finance
0–2+ years of accounting or tax experience in public accounting or a corporate setting
Preferred
CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
