As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will represent clients in residential transactions and manage client relationships while receiving support from the company in the form of leads and resources.

Representing buyers, renters, and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Managing client relationships
Conducting property tours
Guiding clients through the transaction process from start to finish
Developing and managing their own client pipelines
Qualification
Required
Active Texas Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 30 days
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills
Availability for client needs, including evenings and weekends
Preferred
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Residential real estate experience is a plus, but not required
