They are seeking a part-time Receptionist to support the healthcare team by greeting and assisting residents, managing inquiries, scheduling transportation, and providing clerical support.

Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting residents, families, visitors, applicants, and staff
Professionally answering and directing phone calls
Managing incoming inquiries
Scheduling resident transportation
Providing clerical support such as filing medical records, copying admission documents, preparing forms, and assisting the Health Information Director when needed
Supporting department directors with administrative tasks including correspondence, supply ordering, mail distribution, and follow-up related to residents and admissions
Occasionally responding to resident account inquiries
Participating in required training and audits
Supporting quality improvement efforts
Helping foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused environment within the facility
Qualification
Required
High school diploma preferred
Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living is beneficial
Must meet employment requirements following a criminal background check per Minnesota Department of Human Services
Proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
Ability to perform job duties independently and efficiently
Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities
Personability and ability to build trust with diverse individuals including residents, families, and staff
High emotional intelligence
Active listening
Resilience under pressure
Ability to handle multiple tasks and fast-changing environments effectively
