Responsibilities

Configure, support, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers using CLI (models include 9300, 2960, and 3650)

Administer and troubleshoot Cisco ISE, including 802.1x authentication, device identity and access control, and user/device troubleshooting within a secure network environment

Manage VPN configuration and troubleshooting using Cisco ASA / AnyConnect

Administer and monitor the Cisco Meraki Dashboard, including MX64 and MX67 wireless and security devices

Utilize SolarWinds for network monitoring, including adding and managing nodes, alerts, IPAM, logging, mapping, and live session analysis

Maintain and update network documentation and network diagrams using Visio

Collaborate daily with an outsourced SIEM/SOC vendor to investigate network threats and vulnerabilities and track security incidents through ticketing systems

Work with outsourced firewall and security vendors on network security posture, firewall modifications, and escalations

Partner with ISP providers (AT&T) to manage redundant circuits for home office and remote/claims offices, including circuit troubleshooting and vendor coordination

Engage vendor support (TAC and third-party services) confidently and proactively

Follow established change management processes and recommend network hardware and software improvements as needed
