Responsibilities

Supporting client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients

Reviewing staff work product

Driving delivery of services to meet deadlines

Developing internal team members

Managing engagement economics

Keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact clients

Demonstrating an understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts

Developing and delivering quality tax planning approaches

Identifying and offering opportunities for tax planning and other special services

Preparing quality, practical approaches to the client's tax situation

Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry

CPA or JD

Broad exposure to state and local taxation

Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills

Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

Preferred

A proven record in a professional services environment

Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
